Demo and service

The public demo is provided for evaluation. Do not send confidential, sensitive, unlawful, or emergency information. WNYReply is not an emergency service. Features, eligibility, and founding-member availability may change.

Estimates and automated replies

Automated price ranges and answers are informational and depend on the business rules supplied to WNYReply. They are not final quotes or guarantees. A participating service business is responsible for confirming scope, price, availability, licensing, insurance, and contract terms with its customers.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, send unlawful or deceptive messages, or violate messaging consent and consumer-protection laws.

Availability and liability

The website and demo are provided as available without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation. To the fullest extent allowed by law, WNYReply is not liable for lost leads, lost profits, indirect damages, carrier delays, or decisions made from automated replies.

Changes

We may update these terms when the service changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
